Teaching

Art begins with curiosity.

I believe art education should be accessible, experimental, and rooted in genuine exploration rather than perfect outcomes. Whether I'm working with young children, teens, adults, or neurodivergent learners, I create environments where curiosity, observation, and risk-taking are valued as much as technical skill.

Working across drawing, collage, painting, printmaking, mixed media, and experimental image-making, my classes encourage students to develop their own visual language while building confidence through process.

What I Teach

• Drawing & Observation

• Painting & Color Theory

• Collage & Mixed Media

• Experimental Image Making

• Printmaking & Surface Transfer

• Community Arts Projects

• Installation & Collaborative Art

• Curriculum Design for Schools & Arts Organizations, Portfolio Review

Every classroom becomes a working studio where observation, experimentation, and imagination come together. Whether teaching a first-time young artist or an experienced adult, my goal is to help each participant leave with stronger skills, greater confidence, and a deeper connection to their own creative practice.

“My goal isn't simply to teach people how to make art. It's to help them become more observant, more confident, and more willing to experiment. The strongest work often begins with permission to explore at any age or ability.”
